At the helm of M33’s consulting practice is Mr. Hans Omang, a seasoned governance expert and regulatory strategist. Mr. Omang currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of a CBN-licensed Finance Company based in Abuja and a SEC-licensed Asset Management Firm headquartered in Lagos. With over three years of board-level oversight experience, he brings a wealth of insight into risk management, treasury operations, AML/CFT compliance, and corporate governance.
His board roles have included membership in strategic committees such as the Corporate Governance Committee, Treasury Committee, and Chairperson of both the AML/CFT Committee and ICT Oversight Committee. He is also an alumnus of several high-impact training programs hosted by the CBN and the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit (NFIU) on compliance frameworks, governance architecture, and supervisory best practices.
